Data Deletion
How to disconnect a connected platform and request deletion of data held by OPM.
You control the third-party accounts you connect to OPM. Disconnecting stops future OPM access through that connection; a deletion request covers connected-platform data OPM already holds.
Disconnect a Connected Account
Sign in to your OPM Creator Portal, open Platforms / Connections, choose the connected Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram or TikTok account, and use the available Disconnect control. For supported OAuth connections, OPM removes the stored OAuth access and refresh credentials for that connection when the disconnect succeeds.
You may also revoke OPM from the provider's own account/security settings. Provider revocation prevents future API access but does not necessarily delete data already held by OPM.
Request Deletion of OPM-Held Data
Use the OPM contact form and state that you are requesting data deletion. Include the email or creator name associated with your OPM account and identify the connected provider(s) whose data you want deleted: Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, or all connected platforms.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes, or other account secrets in the request.
Google / YouTube, Meta / Facebook / Instagram and TikTok
The same deletion process applies to data OPM receives through supported Google/YouTube, Meta/Facebook/Instagram and TikTok integrations. OPM will verify the request and delete or de-identify applicable connected-platform data from active OPM systems unless continued retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Processing and Completion
OPM will verify and process valid deletion requests within the period required by applicable law. Once processed, applicable data is deleted or de-identified from active systems. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire through normal retention cycles. OPM may contact you if additional information is needed to verify or scope the request.
For more information about collection, use, sharing, security and retention, read the OPM Privacy Policy.
