Privacy Policy
How OPM collects, uses and protects information across applications, accounts, forms and operational messaging.
BTDMX LLC operates the OPM Model Agency website and the OPM Model Agency SMS notification program.
Information We Collect
BTDMX LLC may collect information submitted through the OPM Model Agency website, including creator applications, creator accounts, contact forms, testimonials, administrator settings, and other website features. This may include contact information, creator names, platform information, application details, mobile numbers, and uploaded files.
How We Use Information
We use information to review applications, communicate with applicants and creators, operate OPM services, manage creator features, provide administrative notifications, maintain security, and improve our services.
SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
Authorized OPM Model Agency administrators may voluntarily opt in to receive operational SMS/text account notifications from BTDMX LLC, including alerts regarding new creator applications and administrative activity. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, use the Admin Portal, or use any OPM service. Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide communications and other services on our behalf.
Creator Content
Information and files submitted by creators are used for OPM business operations and application review. Public creator content may be displayed publicly when the applicable creator feature is enabled.
Data Security
BTDMX LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. OAuth access and refresh credentials for connected platforms are handled by OPM server-side systems, are not intentionally stored in browser local storage, and are stored in encrypted form where OPM persists them. Access to connected-platform data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel with a business need. OPM uses transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for supported web traffic and provider API communications. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Connected Platforms — Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram and TikTok
When you choose to connect a third-party account to OPM, OPM accesses only the data and permissions you authorize through that provider's OAuth consent flow. Current integrations may include Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram and TikTok. OPM uses connected-platform data only to provide and improve the creator-facing connection, profile, Link Tree and related account-management features you request.
Google / YouTube. With your authorization, OPM may access YouTube channel information available under the permissions shown on Google's consent screen, such as channel identity and profile information needed to connect and display your channel inside OPM. OPM does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
Meta / Instagram. With your authorization, OPM may access Instagram account information made available by the approved Instagram permissions, such as account identifiers, username, display name and profile image needed to connect and display the account inside OPM.
TikTok. With your authorization, OPM may access TikTok information covered by the scopes you approve, which can include basic profile/account information and other scope-authorized creator information used by OPM's connected-platform features.
OPM does not disclose connected-platform user data to third parties except service providers acting on OPM's behalf where necessary to operate, secure or support the requested service, or where disclosure is required by law. Connected-platform data is not sold.
Data Retention, Disconnection and Deletion
OPM retains personal information and connected-platform data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested OPM services, maintain account and security records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods can vary by data type and purpose.
OAuth credentials and connected-account records are retained while the applicable platform connection is active or while they are reasonably necessary to provide that connection. When a creator disconnects a supported platform through OPM, OPM removes the stored OAuth credentials for that connection as part of the disconnect process, subject to limited retention that may be required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documented backup/operational requirements.
You may request deletion of personal information and connected-platform data held by OPM through the OPM Data Deletion page or the OPM contact page. Please identify the OPM account and, when applicable, the connected provider (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram or TikTok) whose data you want deleted. OPM will verify and process valid requests within the period required by applicable law. When deletion is completed, the data is deleted or de-identified from active systems unless continued retention is required or permitted by law. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they expire through normal backup retention cycles.
You may also revoke OPM's access using the applicable provider's account/security controls. Revoking provider authorization prevents future API access but may not by itself delete information already held by OPM; use the OPM deletion-request process if you also want OPM-held data deleted.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to OPM through the OPM contact page. You may disconnect supported third-party accounts from the OPM platform settings and may separately revoke OPM access from Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, or TikTok using that provider's account controls. Authorized administrators receiving SMS alerts may opt out by replying STOP or by disabling SMS consent in OPM notification settings.
